Bree Wee Bread

Doesn't it look yummy? It's a banana bread receipe I just tried that I got from Bree Wee. For those of you that don't know, she's a super talented speedy age group triathlete living on the big Island who can put it all together being a wife, mom and the top age grouper in the country after her very impressive results in Kona this past October.

No sugar, unbleached flour and coconut oil are part of this recipe.

Taste testing tomorrow!

The bread is AWESOME! Sugar? Doesn't need it! It's great to not have to use that and the coconut oil adds to it's great flavor. Thanks for the recipe.

That bread looks Yummy...I was not sure about it at first, since there is no sugar (which I love sugar)...but now that you have made it and ate it...I will go with your trust that it is worth making, thanks :) Plus Bree is becoming Mrs Queen of bread..Ha!
