After yesterdays big fat zero in the log book, I was happy to get out in the 50 degree temps for a solid 4 hours in the saddle with fresh legs and bright sunshine. What a treat!
OH Geezzeee thanks for posting a photo of you OUTSIDE training!!!! Your bike is too cute..I love the little flowers on there....now you are making me want a girlie bike!!! Your a bad influence....making me want to clean my oven and now new bike..and oh yeah some psycho girl garb :)
I tried the self cleaning thing...and all I got was a bunch of ashes...HA I kid you not...I think it was because it was soooooo dirty....do I need to spray something in there first????
Glad your legs are feeling better, and YUM... I'm going to have to be careful when I look at your blog! Or you're going to have to start mailing me frozen entrees from your homemade selection! :)
Elaine: I am so glad that you got your ride in yesterday! Keep the food pcitures coming. Your stuffed shells inspired me to make lasagne yesterday. Mel: My oven is full of ashes, too. I think that's what happens when you only self-clean every 3 years. (I am tempted to "borrow" the shop-vac from the basement to vacuum them out. My Dyson is too nice to use on ordinary household dirt!) -Danielle
Hey there Trigirlpinkbadass- I am not even going to TALK ABOUT my oven...we have an Elmira one! You know, some overpriced thing that the previous owners put in here...looks Victorian from the outside (why am I talking about STOVES?). ANYWAY, great job getting outside this weekend. Woo hoo! And, that Jen friend of yours who commented on me RE: Eagleman - give her a big smooch from me. That was SO nice of her, really. That is my fav race of all time. xoxo Jen H.
That weather looks inviting - we have not had clear sun shine almost the entire month as the vog is taking over the skies right now... glad you were able to get outside though and enjoy a ride :)
Wow - looks like you had a GREAT day! Fantastic! Hooray!! ALSO - saw the picture of your oven. Wow. The cleanest I have ever seen. Puts mine to shame! BUT, the pizza looked very yummy... :)
YAY, for sunshine and riding outdoors! So happy for you!
On another note, that is so funny about Mr trigirlpink's losing hair because of you....HAHAHA! I hope I didnt make Reid lose any hair this weekend! oh no....
LOVE the pink bar wrap... just love it! Happy you are outside and I can hardly wait till you are outside in less bike wear... almost there! Enjoy the "warmth"!
i am so happy that i have finally figured out my garmin and how to change the displays. i couldn't figure out how i was supposed to see the little tiny hr, lol. nah, G2 didn't take his bike with him...he's doing a bit of a 'run focus', or so he says. good news is that it looks like he may be home this weekend.
