OK I know that photo did not come from where you live....that is too tropical :) I ran in the strong wind today (does that count?) Nothing going to slow this girl down...not today atleast :)
I think I'm going out for a run at 6:00. I'll swing by your place. I went out at 5:00am, and the wind wasn't "that" bad then. Seems to have picked up a touch.

ride straight into the wind for as long as you can, like 2 hours, then turn around :)
I'll go! Nothing like a big tail wind on the way back! I like to think of windy days as great bike handling skill days!

You lucky peeps, we have snow wet snow...
I got 4.5 hours in toady and was heading into the wind the WHOLE ENTIRE TIME! Had a 1 way ticket home from school today. Fun stuffff.
That wind pushed my car sideways on the highway! No WAY was even this die hard going out to ride in that... MKR did though - in the woods.
